Dr. Flanagan is Board Certified in both VASCULAR and General surgery. He completed his medical school education at Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1985. He completed his general surgical training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1991 and his vascular surgical fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in 1992. He has been an attending surgeon at Montgomery Hospital and Mercy Suburban Hospital since 1992 where he practices vascular surgery, general thoracic surgery, and general surgery. He is an expert in percutaneous techniques using ultrasonic guidance and laser technology to revolutionize the treatment of venous disease.

With these techniques, we have improved the cosmetic results, with limited down time and inconvenience for the patient.
